Provisional members are engaged in training established by The Junior League of Gwinnett and North Fulton Counties to prepare them for effective community and League involvement. As with all classes of League membership, Provisional’s enjoy a full social calendar and enjoy the privilege of working and socializing with other amazing women who are dedicated to volunteerism.  Provisional members are required to complete a Provisional education course as well as attend an assigned number of General Membership and Provisional meetings.  They work hand in hand with Provisional Advisors who counsel them and help direct a volunteer project of the Provisionals choosing.

Provisional members are perspective members and are unable to vote or hold office until they have completed their provisional year and are awarded Active Status.  Each fall, the Junior League of Gwinnett and North Fulton Counties begins a new Provisional course.  We accept applications throughout the year and welcome women of all races, religious and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and a commitment to volunteerism.  If you are interested in membership, please e-mail us at info@jlgnf.org.
